About Me

I'm currently an Information Technology PhD student at MIT Sloan. My research interests include causal inference, experiment design, and platforms and online marketplaces. Prior to my time at MIT, I was a data scientist in the San Francisco Bay Area, most recently at Airbnb. I'm also the instructor for Udacity's "Introduction to Data Science" MOOC. Outside of work, I spend my time composing and performing music, writing plays, acting, improvising, and studying / experiencing cities.
